Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please note: items that are custom, personalized, or made-to-order may take a little longer. Processing times do not include shipping transit time.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or promotions), processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and support of our small business 🤍

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping is $6.99 or free with orders over $100. We currently ship within the United States.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, text or shopapp.

Estimated Shipping Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the carrier and your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Rustic Ruffles Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local post office or carrier first. If you still need help, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
